●       Generating leads, identify business challenges, key trends in the markets and explore opportunities

●       Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

●       Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

●       Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

●       Performing requirements analysis.

●       Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

●       Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

●       Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

●       Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Project for you: You will work directly with the Malaysian customer (speaking English),

building an app about payment system.

●       Bachelor degree or up majoring in software engineer, computer science or related major.

●       A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.

●       Requirements management and communication

●       Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

●       Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

●       Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

●       Experience leading and developing top performing teams.

●       Have a good knowledge of technology, products, market, competition, and processes.

●      Salary: 1000$+/months

●      Saturday & Sunday OFF,  Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;

●      Salary review 2 times/ year, based on work performance and company’s performance;
